In a corner of the medieval part of Madrid, still keeping its noble reputation, in front of the sublime Royal Palace, there is a restaurant where I come to eat the finest ham. It’s called “La Mi Venta” and anyone who goes there will soon appreciate its charm and the enormous friendship the owner spreads to all the guests, this proves the special flavor of the hams hanging from the ceiling. I know very well which will be their next desire... finding the opportunity to return.
